I can't hear anything

Turn the volume up. The ringer switch does not silence Rivaurie, on purpose, so if the phone is on silent the notes still play — but the volume buttons do control them. If you would rather draw without sound, tap Sound in the bottom bar and choose Off.

Something sounds wrong

Tell me which instrument, and whether it happens when you draw slowly or quickly — those turn out to be different problems. If you can, turn on Diagnostics in Settings and send the line it shows at the top of the canvas.

I lost a drawing

The canvas opens blank each time, on purpose: keeping a drawing is something you choose rather than something the app guesses. Tap More, then Keep This Drawing, and it will be waiting under Kept drawings.

Why does my phone buzz while I draw?

That is deliberate. A pulse arrives under your finger while a stroke is being made, and different actions have different feels — freezing the canvas and saving your artwork each get their own double pulse. If you would rather not have it, turn off Haptics in your iPhone's Sounds & Haptics settings.

Is it safe for children?

Yes. Rivaurie is rated 4+ and is made for all ages. It collects nothing, shows no advertisements, has no accounts and links nowhere. There is nothing to buy inside it and nothing to sign up for.

What does it need?

An iPhone running iOS 17 or later. It works with no internet connection.
